Are Maiden designs custom?
What you see on our website was all designed in house. I do not use a graphic designer or buy ready-made socks; labeling and designs although inspired clearly by things that already exist, the work is done by me and bought to life by a few different manufacturers. Maiden sock designs are 100% original and we plan to keep it that way. You should not find them elsewhere and if you do, it's a copy!
What are your socks made out of?
All standard dress socks are made from 75% cotton, 20% polyester and 5% elastane. They are a finer weave to allow for intricate designs.
How do I wash my socks?
For longevity of your product washing reccomendations are as follows:
- Cold machine wash
- Do not soak or bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Line-dry in shade
- Do not dry clean
- Iron inside out if neccessary
It says "One Size - Should fit most!" - What does this mean?
All standard dress socks are made in a EU 37-43, like any socks there is room for stretch but we have chosen a size that caters to *most.
Are these compression socks?
Unless stated on the listing, all of our socks are currently dress socks only to allow for all MDT to experience Maiden. But keep and eye out for compression socks in the future!
Where are you based?
Currently Maiden is being run from Auckland, New Zealand.
Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe you have a faulty product however, please snap a photo of the faulty item and get in touch so we can either replace or refund you!

What if my purchase is a Preorder?
All Preorder items are clearly stated in the title and description of the product. Any order made with a combination of in & out-of-stock items will be shipped together when the preorder stock arrives. They will not be shipped separately. If this is an issue, you may wish to order certain products separately.
