Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
For socks, this is particularly pertinent due to hygiene reasons.
If you believe you've received a faulty or damaged item, send us a photo and we'll make it right. Depending on the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer!
