How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders we aim to ship within 3 business days. Once dispatched it is all in the hands of NZ post. Please see their website for estimated delivery times.
What are your shipping costs?
Currently we offer a flat rate of $7 NZ-wide and $15 Australia-wide - both inclusive of tracking. We hope to get these down in the future however shipping trans-tasman (and between the North and South island) is pricey for both us and our customers. We reccomend teaming up with your friends to get the best bang for your buck. Maiden makes no profit from the shipping charges and they are not marked up for profit, often Maiden tops up shipping cost to keep a flat rate for all customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to NZ and Australia. If you are an international customer, you are welcome to send us an email and we'll see if we can help!
What if my purchase is a Preorder?
All Preorder items are clearly stated in the title and description of the product. Any order made with a combination of in & out-of-stock items will be shipped together when the preorder stock arrives. They will not be shipped separately. If this is an issue, you may wish to order certain products separately.
